Product Description:

GSP sources frozen H&G (headed and gutted) Sea Bass and then produces "refreshed" Chilean Sea Bass skinless portions. Typical Sea Bass portions are twice frozen, but GSP is able to produce once frozen, all natural chem free sea bass for our customers resulting in a much nicer product. Portions are available in sizes from 4 oz. to 10 oz.
